Board of Directors

The CNA Board of Directors comprises publishers and senior executives representing corporate and independent interests. Representation approximates each group's share of total circulation, with three seats reserved for representatives of small groups and independents.

Its role is to propose priorities, approve a budget, develop policy, oversee the committees and monitor CNA's direction and performance. Each committee of the CNA is chaired by a member of the Board of Directors.
