The Press and The Courts

The Press and The Courts is a bimonthly roundup of court cases affecting the media in Canada. The online archives date back to 1987 and are a unique resource for those interested in media law.

FREE to daily newspaper members: Editions of the The Press and The Courts bulletins (6 annually) are available for free in PDF format and online to CNA and CCNA members and journalism schools. Contact cdorn@cna-acj.ca for email subscriptions. To access the online archives, members must first create an account.

SUBSCRIPTIONS TO NON-MEMBERS (ie., media lawyers, libraries, governments):

• EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION - $100 per year plus GST for six issues of The Press and The Courts bulletin (PDF format).
• ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION - $150 per year plus GST. Access to all online editions of The Press and The Courts and the searchable Index.
