Since joining Extreme Group in 2002, Shawn has become an integral part of the agencies success. With over 17 years in the business and a shelf full of national and international awards to his credit, he continues to instill a passion and drive throughout the agency, inspiring the people around him with a contagious love for advertising. In 2007 that inspiration helped drive his agency to become one of Canada’s top 10, as decided by Marketing Magazine. He brings a “why not” attitude to the work and the belief that we should have fun doing it. Someone once said “common sense ain’t so common.” That’s because Shawn took it all. He’s a helluva guy that you want in your corner.


Andrew SimonAndrew Simon
Executive Creative Director, DDB

Having earned an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Andrew is anything but the typical Creative Director. His early career includes stints at J. Walter Thompson New York and Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles. In 2001, Andrew made what he considers to be the best move of his professional and personal life, accepting a job at DDB Canada. Since then, his work has been recognized by a wide array of local and international award shows including Cannes, One Show, Clios, CA, London International and D&AD. He has been profiled in both the Globe & Mail and the National Post, featured on the Ad Persuasion syndicated TV series, and is a regular commentator on Global TV’s National News for marketing-related stories. In addition, Andrew has been named one of the top Creative Directors in Canada by Strategy Magazine for three years running.


Dominique TrudeauDominique Trudeau
Vice President, Creative Director, Bleu Blanc Rouge

Dominique Trudeau is Vice-President and Creative Director at bleublancrouge. He comes from a background involving 10 years in branding followed by another 10 years in new media exploring new territories in advertising and creativity. He has worked on campaigns for brands such as Cirque du Soleil; Reversa, for which he won 2 Gold Lions in Cannes; One Life for Bristol Myers Squibb and the David Suzuki Foundation.

Previously, Dominique worked at Sid Lee and Taxi as the Interactive Creative Director. He has served as an international jury member for the Cyber Lions at Cannes, at the New York Festival and at the One Show.
